Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be:
- Unworn or unused
- In original packaging
- With tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
